We have mobile crushers available for hire or for contract work.
These machines are able to recycle your hard arisings, e.g. brick, concrete, kerbs and most other hard material into a valuable product to be reused on site.
This saves you the cost of disposal of your arisings and saves you the purchase cost of further aggregates.

PEGSON PREMIER TRACK CRUSHER

  • Delivered on a low-loader
  • This crusher is self-propelled.
  • Can be tracked to your stockpile.
  • Is approx 50 tonnes in weight
  • Feed hopper height approx 4m
  • Overall length 14m
  • Material discharge height 3.5m.
  • Has a (published) throughput, at a 150mm setting, of 265 tonnes per hour.
  • At a 75mm setting, 185 tonnes per hour.

BAUGHANS SKID MOUNTED CRUSHER

  • Jaw size of 760mm x 380mm.
  • This crusher is a skid mounted unit and can be placed adjacent to your stockpile
  • Delivered on an eight wheel roll on/off lorry.
  • Is approx 14 tonnes in weight
  • Feed hopper height approx 3m
  • Material discharge height 2m
  • Approx 5m high when mounted on the lorry.
  • Has a throughput  of 10-30 tonne an hour

Throughput for both of these crushers is dependent on the size and quality of the feed material...
